01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "php99" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to php99, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at php99.cam, licensed and regulated by PAGCOR to offer online gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with php99 and uses the Platform for gaming, betting, or any other permitted purpose.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual through the Platform's registration process, through which the player accesses php99's services.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP) denominated funds held in a Player's php99 Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses or winnings, less any wagers, withdrawals, or deductions.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives granted by php99 to a Player, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms as communicated at the time of the offer.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by a Player using actual Philippine Peso payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported channels.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, live dealer table, slot machine, sports bet, bingo round, or other gaming activity made available on the php99 Platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government-owned and controlled corporation responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws, including identity verification and proof of address documentation.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the php99 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as php99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and php99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings.

php99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Where a change is material, php99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email address or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with php99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing minimum age requirements for gaming participation.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, trusts, and other non-individual legal entities are not eligible to register.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of php99 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access php99.
• You must not be self-excluded from php99 or any other Philippine gaming platform under PAGCOR's self-exclusion program.

php99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or are found to have been misrepresented at registration.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access php99's real-money gaming services, you must create a single Account through the Platform's registration interface. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on php99. Opening or maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. php99 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity verification tools to detect duplicate accounts.

Upon detection of duplicate Accounts, php99 reserves the right to: (a) close all but one Account at its sole discretion; (b) void all wagers placed from duplicate Accounts; (c) forfeit any Bonus Funds credited to duplicate Accounts; and (d) permanently suspend all Accounts held by the Player concerned.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided to php99 during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

4.4 KYC Verification

php99 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to provide such documentation as php99 may request, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Withdrawals above specified thresholds may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your php99 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party or permit any other person to access your Account.

You agree to notify php99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach by contacting php99 support via Live Chat. php99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

php99 reserves the right to require additional authentication, including one-time passwords sent to your registered Philippine mobile number, when unusual login activity is detected. Failure to complete requested authentication may result in temporary Account restriction for your protection.

06 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

php99 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Land Bank, InstaPay, PESONet, USDT (TRC-20), and Coins.ph. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and credited to your Account Balance at the current applicable rate. php99 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time.

6.2 Deposit Minimums

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and ₱200 for bank transfer methods. php99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which php99 accepts no responsibility.

6.3 Fund Sources

You warrant that all funds deposited into your php99 Account originate from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment instrument used. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering laws.

6.4 Processing Times

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited within fifteen (15) minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one (1) business day. php99 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.

07 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are available to Players whose Accounts have passed KYC verification to php99's satisfaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified Accounts, though processing times may vary for large amounts.

7.2 Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during normal operating conditions. php99 processes withdrawals twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including Philippine public holidays.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

php99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, fraud investigations, or where the Account is subject to a pending dispute or bonus wagering requirement. In such cases, php99 will notify the Player and specify the reason and estimated resolution timeline.

7.4 Bonus Fund Withdrawals

Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds.

7.5 Method Restrictions

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. php99 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a different payment method.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

php99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, VIP rewards, and other time-limited promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus play.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount as specified in each promotion. Wagers placed on restricted games do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

php99 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple Accounts; exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain unfair advantage; and placing wagers in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine play intent.

Upon detection of bonus abuse, php99 reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings, revoke bonus eligibility, and permanently close the Player's Account without prior notice.

8.4 VIP Loyalty Program

php99's VIP tier program — comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers — rewards cumulative play volume. Tier assessment is conducted on a monthly basis. Benefits associated with each tier are subject to change at php99's discretion with thirty (30) days' notice to affected Players.

09 Gaming Rules

All Games offered on php99 are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules address a matter not covered by these Terms, in which case the individual game rules apply.

php99 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live Games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified for fairness and unpredictability. php99 makes no representation that any game strategy will result in consistent winnings.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game outcome, php99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stakes to the Player's Account. php99 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors that are beyond its reasonable control.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php99 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any Game or the Platform.
• Employing collusion with other Players to gain unfair advantage in any Game.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit php99 promotions without genuine risk of loss.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity, including money laundering or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit through your payment provider except where a genuine unauthorized transaction has occurred.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or any other material information to php99.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing php99 staff, other Players, or Live Dealer personnel through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software. Players who discover bugs are required to report them to php99 support promptly.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the php99 Platform — including but not limited to software, games, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the property of php99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: modify or copy Platform content; reverse engineer or decompile any software; or create derivative works based on Platform content.

The php99 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of php99. You may not use any php99 trademark without prior written permission.

12 Responsible Gaming

php99 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. php99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your Account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on your gaming session duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period of 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from all php99 gaming services, with immediate effect.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php99's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

php99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if php99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

php99 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available without interruption; (b) the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components; (c) any specific game will be available at any particular time; or (d) game outcomes will meet a Player's expectations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit php99's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your php99 Account at any time by contacting php99 support via Live Chat. Upon receiving a valid closure request, php99 will process any remaining withdrawable Real Money Balance to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by php99

php99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct.
• Continuation of the Account would expose php99 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months.
• php99 is required to do so by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or any other competent authority.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for breach, php99 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and will be returned to the Player after the conclusion of any investigation, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

15 Amendments to Terms

php99 may amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. For material changes, php99 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the Player's registered email address or through an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the php99 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 14.1.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and php99, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through php99's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via Live Chat or email. php99 will respond to all formal disputes within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through php99's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels. php99 is bound by PAGCOR's dispute resolution decisions to the extent required by its license conditions.

Any legal action arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the above procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
